A consortium provides governance and accountability for Start Thurrock and consists of the following organisations: Tilbury on the Thames Trust, Thurrock CVS, Royal Opera House, Thurrock Lifestyle Solutions CIC and Thurrock Council. Please read the following carefully to understand how we will use your personal data.
We collect certain information or data about you when you use StartThurrock.org. This includes:
- information you provide when you submit questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your email address if you send an email to StartThurrock.org

Super Fans Membership Data: When you join Start Thurrock as a Super Fan, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details and demographic information required by our funder Arts Council England. This information is always anonymised when supplied to Arts Council England. This data is also used to manage your membership, provide benefits and communicate updates related to your membership. We retain this information for the duration of your active membership only and all data from cancelled memberships is permanently deleted on a quarterly basis and data from expired memberships is permanently deleted 3 months after the expiry date. Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised personnel. Super Fans can access and edit their Super Fan information by logging into the member area via the Start Thurrock website.
Cookies
